EXPERIENCE

Technology Manager, Goore’s For Babies to Teens, Sacramento, CA, 1/2008 to present

Manage all technology aspects of company operations. Responsible for infrastructure design, implementation and support for all workstations, networks, client server systems, phone/paging systems, and online presence. Retail support includes customer scenarios, policies and procedures, order processing and fulfillment, and documentation. I perform web site content management, project management, retail sales and fulfillment development, and all systems analysis, development, and implementation for core technology systems. Developed and implemented trouble ticket management system company Intranet. Designed all retail sales documents, screens, and business processes.

 

Web Developer/Instr. Designer, Intel Corp. (Volt Technical), Sacramento, CA, 3/2006 to 1/2008

Responsible for the analysis, design and development of several internal websites. Responsible for online training course development. Work directly with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to define learning objectives and course content. Additional responsibilities included: developing project plans and tracking course development milestones. Director of Product Development and Design, POPcast Communications, Corp. , Hollywood, CA, 1/2001 to 5/2002

Conducting detailed Human Factors process and task-based analysis to provide recommendations on product function, design, and deployment. Developed all functional requirements and user interface design recommendations. Conducted usability tests and evaluations. Developed user interface prototypes using interactive web based models. Teamed with end users, product management and software development teams to execute designs and product delivery.

 

Web Developer (consultant), MindClick, Inc. , Los Angeles, CA, 10/2000 to 1/2001

Consulted with their team and served as primary coder, DBA, architect and designer to build the company's intranet suite of online content and relations management tools. The suite – built on ASP/SQL technologies - includes resource manager, asset manager, and a full-featured contact manager. I consulted with clients, developed user and functionality flow, IT systems, and supervised all database integration with the sites. I provide ongoing system upgrades, change management, and remote support.

Manage product delivery in all phases of the internal site development process based on the functional and technical specifications. Ensure that the project quality is upheld and provide clients with project schedules and weekly status reports.

Designed and developed a full featured customer service management tool for retail call center. Performed extensive customer fulfillment and call center task analysis. Provided business objective recommendations and strategies that exploited online retail fulfillment. Provided leadership to development team in ensuring that the strategy reflected all aspects of the application including; creative design, production, and technical solutions (hardware and software). Skill set required knowledge of database integration (SQL, ASP), interface methodologies, online retail business practices, and target audience behavior analysis.

Managed client design consultations and client interactions throughout each project. Position required my knowledge of database integration, wide array of interface methodologies, user processes, targeted usability and task models, HTML/DHTML, ASP, JavaScript, SQL, Real Audio/Video, Java applets, PhotoShop, Illustrator, DreamWeaver, and MIDI. Developed a 7,000 page online document of the Department of Social Services complete Child Care Licensing regulations. Performed data entry of program code.
