Oversaw all aspects of company’s technology strategy and operations. Responsible for defining entire company’s business process. Oversaw infrastructure design, implementation and support for all retail workstations, networks, client server systems, phone/paging systems, and online presence. Designed and engineered full featured customer service management tool for call center. Performed extensive customer fulfillment and call center task analysis.
